PSM was created by two brothers Gavin and Chris Orr in the year 2000. After retiring from the NRL they saw a need to create a more proactive and service orientate management company, which offer a full range of services under the one roof. At PSM athletes are offered services such as Management, Professional Contract Negotiations, Accounting, Marketing & Sponsorship, Financial Planning and Career Planning.
The team within PSM pride themselves in assisting their athletes succeed both on and off the sporting field. We encourage all of our young athletes to skill themselves either through apprenticeships, traineeships or studies to ensure that regardless of how far they go with their sporting career they are assured of a future beyond the sporting field.
PSM will support them and guide them develop their sporting careers and once it is all over, continue to have a relationship with them long after the final whistle has blown.
